Delete your account

You can permanently delete your fyzscore account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open fyzscore and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Privacy & data.
3. Tap Delete account & all data.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are permanently removed.

Delete by email

If you can’t access the app, email support@fyzscore.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and complete the deletion within the timeframe required by applicable law.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• your account and login identity;
• your scan photos and the AI Muscle Map images derived from them;
• your analysis results, scores, and trends;
• your Coach conversation history;
• your profile and onboarding information;
• your notification tokens and settings.

What may be retained

We do not keep your personal data after deletion, except where retention is required by law (for example, certain transaction or tax records held by the app stores or our payment provider) or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Subscription billing is managed by the app store; cancel an active subscription in your app-store account settings. Even after deletion, scan photos are encrypted and, by default, auto-deleted after 90 days.
